My argument with the report is (with mature content- thought that comment highly amusing) this bloke hasn't actually been proven has a perv' yet.
What if the charges are trumped up by an ex partner for example (it happens) and he was innocent of the accusations and this woman is stirring the s**t on this, knowing he had jumped the court order?

This sort of reporting is just not allowed over here......but once lab' test are proven, and court hearings are complete then this bloke would be thrown to the wolves if he was guilty of even 10% of the offences.

The odd of this guy being guilty of spooging in the yogurt are more in the favor of the accusation than not. He's busted on two outstanding warrants for sex crimes with a child. Too many instances of this guy on sex offenses. You can't buy that kind of coincidence!

Of course he's innocent until proven guilty, but this certainly does not sound like a girlfriend out for revenge.

DNA Links Grocery Clerk To Semen Found In Yogurt Sample Eaten By Woman

Laboratory tests have confirmed that semen found in a yogurt sample consumed by a New Mexico woman matches the DNA of a grocery store employee who was suspected in the tainting case, according to police.

The results linking Anthony Garcia, 31, to the revolting January 25 incident at Albuquerque’s Sunflower Farmers Market were received today by investigators, according to Sergeant Trish Hoffman, an Albuquerque Police Department spokesperson.

Hoffman added that probers are mulling whether to file state or federal charges against Garcia in connection with the yogurt adulteration.

A January 28 search warrant authorized police to obtain blood and DNA samples from Garcia, who is currently jailed on unrelated charges. The warrant was secured after it was determined that the yogurt sample tested positive for “sperm cells” and saliva.
