We are doing up a nice 19 1/2 lb smoked bone-in ham baked with pineapple rings.

Sides are:
Mashed potatoes
Steamed frozen green beans, corn and California mix veggies all done in our roaster oven/steamer.
Crescent rolls.

For desert there's lemon meringue, blueberry and pumpkin pies (all fresh baked) and pineapple upside down cake.

Of course there's all manner of drinks including coffee (a MUST), Coke, 7 Up, Sprite, Diet Rite, Yuengling beer and a plethora of liquors and mixers plus iced tea and juices for the kids.

I have no idea yet! But I'll fill you in when we get home tonight. We're about to leave in five minutes!

Started with full English:
Kidneys, scrambled egg, full back bacon, mushrooms, black pudding (not Mark) toast and baked beans (only no1 son- heathen).

Open pressies over tea/coffee and spice biscuits.

Went for a walk up over the Purbecks to the Grange Arch in the snow and fog (spooky). Hot chocolate and warm up in the Fiat 500 and on to an icey drive to Christine's tree. The llamas were pleased to see us.

Came home to a Slo-cooker of:
Lamb Shank in red wine
with Brussel Sprouts, glazed carrots and roast new potatoes.
Christmas Pudding! with clotted cream.........

No1 son insisted on the biggest plate of Fish and Chips Swoon

I had roast beef and beef stew at work, then pork roast with all the taters, corn, apple sauce, etc. Then cheese cake and stuff for dessert.

I had Italian. Veal cutlet parm, baked ziti and lasagne. Stuffed mushrooms, salad and desserts. I feel bloated and I barely ate. Italian food always makes me feel bloated. I literally had a 2x2" square hunk of lasagne with a salad and two mushrooms. That was hours ago and I'm still full.

Mom apologized for not baking a ham. wot
There are only 5 of us for dinner.
