We tried this recipe tonight. I didn't have the avocados but I used cucumbers and mushrooms. The bulgur acted as 'toast' for the egg's yolk and it was a really nice meal.

I think I'll be eating this often.

With whatever greens you have on hand, mound in the middle of your plate. Add a dollop of bulgur wheat, topping that with some sauteed super-diced onions and garlic, drop some cubed avocado and then lay a sunny-side up egg (the sunshine in my life) on top. Sprinkle with some kosher salt and freshly grated black pepper. You could add a dash of olive oil and a squirt of lemon too.

I'd eat it, as long as someone made it for me.

I have a feeling you'd eat just about anything as long as someone else made it.....no offense to TK's cooking.

I'll have you know I'm an excellent cook Tongue

Joking aside, I am. Eric can attest to my cheesecake Biggrin - mean guy ate the one I sent for his daughter after he snarfed down his!

I just enjoy cooking is all and I guess when you do something you enjoy, you get good at it.

You assume right, I'll eat damn near anything and actually enjoy most things.

And how am I supposed to reply to this without turning it into a bragging contest about my sexual abiltiy?Biggrin

Anyway, I acutally do kind of enjoy cooking, I enjoy cooking a lot when I got a good wine buzz on.

Agreed! He opens the wine, I drink it. He cooks all the meals, I eat them. I lay the table and he makes a mess of the tablecloth. Perfect relationship Smile

Are you talking about wine and cooking, or wine and sex?
