0 No not like some kind of nut. It looks like a square head screw tip. The kind of screwdriver that has interchangeable tips.
The thin side is the "head" and the fat side slides into the screwdriver handle. I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 Looks like a size adapter of some sorts. Just like the 3/8th to 1/4th socket wrench adapters.

0 OMG yes! A very large wrench of some sort. I don't think it's for the wheel nut though, the outside would have to be smooth to turn easily inside that hub.
