That's not the case from my conversation with LC. She seems to be doing nothing for the last two years with this guy. She's harassed personally via email as well and just keeps these things saved. You'd think by now she'd have tried to stop him. She engages him in conversation on her board. She also left my personal information to be copied as a quote repeatedly for 15 minutes by 15 people before she pulled it and put it in the staff area. LC thinks she's afraid of him and doing nothing but banning on a per registration visit is the way to go. At least that's what she's been told. Havoc being the first to reply is very suspect for me as well.

I want to update everyone on this situation. Tomorrow I'll be spending some time in the local courthouse regarding this.

On August 20 he missed a court date to appear for harassment here in Toms River. After ignoring a letter from the judge asking why he didn't show, a warrant for his arrest has been issued.

Waiting for my second date with this I went down and filed a new charge of ID theft.

Friday, I got a subpoena to appear as a witness on Mannix's BEHALF against Jack. AND I'm also listed as a defendant.
He's filed for - get this:

Phone and web threats
Bomb threats
harassment
defamation
false publication
Conspiracy
Stalking

For the sum of $25K

The idiot courts down there should have arrested him the minute he set foot in the door.

Now how the fuck can I witness on his behalf AND be a defendant for the same charges?
He's forbidden from ever filing a complaint in Washington County, Va but he filed this in the City of Bristol which is, believe it or not, a separate entity of itself and not affiliated or connected to any county. Loophole anyone?

Because it's a backwoods area, the courts do not send a response form. So if I want to counter sue, and I WILL, I have to request this in front of the judge on the day of the hearing. I can prove financial damages. Lots of them.

Duchess in the meantime has been entertaining this imbecile when he rejoins that site and she allows him to carry on for pages and pages at a time. More research has yielded that she had everything to do with this. There is no way he got my name out of the blue or from any conversations there.

He's counting on me not showing up in court in Va. He thinks he'll win this on a failure to show like he did to me. I have news for him. I'm showing and I've a stack of evidence I need a hand truck to haul in.

I need to raise $5K for a lawyer for next month. This has gotten way out of control all because of Duchess.

Mannix has directly implicated Mock in all this now. I've been on the phone with lawyers all day today. Because Va is a commonwealth it makes things very difficult and weird. He can continually sue me over and over again unless I get a lawyer and fuck him up good in the system.

How the fuck am I going to get this kind of money?
