You know how families are created? By people fucking. So yea, fucking is a family value.

God, I am the new Aristotle.

There is a fat Southerner where I work. I listened to him all my lunch break while reading Feast of Crows talking about how we don't have any good sweet tea, grits, BBQ, Pigs Feet (what fucking pissant eats pigs feet when we in Montana literally have much of THE BEST cattle country around?), and fried food. Why the fuck is he up here, I dunno, but Walmart is the best place for him.

Well, we don't have those things because we don't want to be obese, funny talking slobs with the beetus. Fucking moron says hunting here sucks a bit -- probably because you can't sit your fat ass in a tree stand and watch a bean field you planted with the intention of drawing animals to the area.

Yes, yes I do. Just reading that I want to go in myself and unleash The Antagonist on them. They deserve at least that.

Have you tried using a portable radio and listening to talk radio, or some other program? Laying and finishing brickwork does not require total concentration. I do that in my profession. If I am making a custom padded cornice, I have done them so many times that I don't even have to allot much thought to it while I listen to the radio, or the Science, or History, Channel.

If you can chew gum and walk at the same time, I would think all this would be easy.

Incidentally, what does this "tomoz" mean? Is it some attempt to bastardize the language, or just a misspelling?

I somehow fucked up and pulled/overworked/tore/raped my muscles on the top and inside of my right forearm just behind the wrist bones. You can even feel the knot and what not there, and it really hurts to massage or rub it -- pretty obvious I didn't something not good. The inside of the wrist bone is very acute pain, sort of like someone sticking a fork in my tendons and pulling on it. I figured out what happened -- it was from wielding a kayaking paddle and having to rotate it with my wrists each time I dipped one side of the oar into the water, and over worked one side somehow. It wasn't bad till today at work, when, three hours into my shift, I was going into agony. I can't move my hand up and down, or rotate it without incurring further misery. Of course, when this was explained to management...well, that is a different rant for another time. I didn't even know this was possible, but I guess it is. Injuries heal though.

Having said all that, my main rant is that this shit might get in the way of riverboarding tomorrow afternoon. I have an overbuilt wrist brace that lets me grab things that are light, and move my fingers without letting me move my wrist much, but it still hurts. Maybe I will wear that on the river. I dunno -- last thing I need is to really injure it even more hitting a rapid and getting tipped. I hope I don't need a doctor's visit. It took me six minutes to type all this with just my left hand. Thanks be unto God I am left-handed.

I've gotta stop reading over there.

Quote:...The story is famous but I find the lusting after some unknown man simply because he's single and moneyed without anyone even meeting him pretty distasteful now a days. I can see how it is appropriate for the time..but I can't imagine thinking that way about my daughter...

What famous story? Pride and Prejudice, which is set approximately 210 years ago. Crazy

It's not that I find it difficult more boring, generally do landscape gardening and am a first fit carpenter with a loft conversion firm, but because I am capable at doing other stuff I am normally nominated.

Tomoz = tomorrow.

Ice it until you can't feel the skin anymore. Let it warm up and ice it again. Ice is your friend even with muscle / tendon injuries. I feel for you, I have permanent damage in both my wrists from my neck injuries and I think I have more ice packs for pain in my freezer than food most times. Get those gel types and rotate them as you use them.

I already figure what your boss says and he needs a kick in the nuts to see how that feels.
