There was some fat sack of douche around here that was stopped on the highway, he had a cat marinating in oil and spices in the trunk, still alive. He said he was gonna eat it, he was arrested. 0 OH BULLSHIT. By her very words, "it's just a cat." is enough to make me think this bitch has hurt animals 'as a joke' many times over.
If she has been told there was no crime committed, what are they going to investigate? Nothing IMO. The story is taking this twist to calm the public down now and frankly, I'm even more outraged. My friend Karen works closely with law in the UK and with the RSPCA. The contempt she has for them cannot be expressed! They are corrupt, not a non-profit organization and their entire goal is $$. They break the law to have their way and the police apparently have no guidelines that they make the RSPCA follow. It's always hindsight for procedure and often it's too late to reverse the damage. I've seen stories where the RSPCA has seized horses and put them in dangerous conditions and refused to clean up their own holding yards/farms. I can go on and on. That bitch should be let loose in the Coliseum old school Roman style. Bring out the lions. Let's see if she says, "it's just a cat" then.
