What fucked up little degenerates! These kids are going to grow up murders and batterers - what could be punishment for a 7 and 10 year old violent offender there? I mean here they would indeed go on trial and if the crime is murder, they CAN wind up being charged as an adult if the crime is heinous enough.
Some states have laws where the parents will take the punishment for their kids actions. I think parents AND these little degenerates should not be allowed in public for a very long time. Lobotomies and shock treatment should be part of their 'rehabilitation'.
What kind of neighborhood is Halifax? West Yorkshire? Why was the little girl out unsupervised with her bad eyesight and AGE?
