Historically, as a personal family matter my grand parents were married when my grandma was 15 and my grandpa was 18.

They had 12 kids, in their lives together, try doing that if you get married at 30.

times have changed but people really haven't the urge to start a family early is still there, the sex drive is there but society has replaced nature with laws that prohibit such normal behavior.

large families are no longer the norm, since we don't farm for our own personal existence.

A resolution to avoid an evil is seldom framed till the evil is so far advanced as to make avoidance impossible.
