This guy wanted to come tomorrow too.... are you kidding? What if something went wrong and left me with no sofas?

I need to find thick heavy cardboard - the kind that feels like wood to 'hand' him to put down the sides when he has it open. You know, just in case he has no intention of doing this and didn't bring the proper material for a complete job.

Any idea where to find that stuff?
