My frame is really tight. I got a small water bottle and it's still tight. I need to make a decision.... pump or bottle - can't have pump and bottle. I really wanted to keep two bottle holders once I got that handlebar one. Having a 13" frame does not leave much room for toys!
I can't even use my old rack for the back. I have to find one that mounts on the seat bar. The rack can be used on Matt's bike but the frame isn't set up like his on my bike. No place to bolt it to the frame under the seat. Plenty on the back wheel area though. Sucks 'cuz I like that old wire rack better than the seat mounted ones. It has a nice old spring clip that puts pressure on the stuff you're carrying.
