My argument with the report is (with mature content- thought that comment highly amusing) this bloke hasn't actually been proven has a perv' yet.
What if the charges are trumped up by an ex partner for example (it happens) and he was innocent of the accusations and this woman is stirring the s**t on this, knowing he had jumped the court order?

This sort of reporting is just not allowed over here......but once lab' test are proven, and court hearings are complete then this bloke would be thrown to the wolves if he was guilty of even 10% of the offences.
