Bill will prob track to Bermuda. If there is a deviation it will affect the Carolinas first.
I'm a bit of a storm aficionado and by what I'm seeing so far there's very little likelihood of this one carrying any significant wind to the New York/New Jersey/Delmarva area. Most likely it will stir the surf a bit and maybe send a little rain.
Of course that can all change depending on if it hits any warm or cold currents and how much land mass it passes over.
