I saw Styx at the Spectrum during the Paradise Theater tour. It was the first show in the US for that tour. I learned to play a few of their tunes that night by using field glasses and watching Chuck Panozzo's hand on the neck of his bass. 
Tickets were priced at $15 for the floor, $12 for lower deck and $10 for nosebleed seats.
