0 Then, 5 minutes later he pulled twist over for going 46mph in a 45 zone on his way to work, beat him about the head and shoulders with his nightstick, tazed him, pulled his hair, called in k9 for a few dog bites and stomped him with his boot heels, all as kitty watched the action on the dashboard camera.
