Even funnier in German, me thinks.
Reminds me of a friends first day at work on a fork lift truck for Barcardi. He had been doing well until he moved a pallet of whiskey..... the pallet tipped and every single bottle was lost. All he and his work-mates could do was watch it glug down the warehouse to the drain, £10,000 worth!
After an inquiry he was assured by his boss the pallet was faulty and the load could have gone any time.
