Vizzy has personal reasons for that comment that only a few close friends know about is all.

I've only ever driven American cars and they're just as reliable for me as those who drive Japanese cars say they are for them. I did have one Italian car that I loved and a Datsun (yes before it was Nissan) that had it's engine fall right out while I was driving to work one day!

And the MG?


One uncle stopped buying American cars about 5 years ago, when his machanic put him onto Suburu.
The other has a retired US Jeep for Cave rescue work (no brakes, or floor pan) a 'trooper' (?) in the same state and Jap' crap, we call Jazz over here, you call them Fitts.

Anyone watch our UK Top-Gear? They tried to 'kill' a Toyota.
