Embroidery projects - Twitchin Kitten - 02-27-2016

I have been "commissioned" to embroider some swallows on a shirt of Matt's. Although all embroidery these days are done as "patches" sewn on by machine or "designed" and sewn directly onto a fabric by machine, I do all my embroidery by hand. I think it gives things a more genuine look.

I used to do a lot of embroidery for weed money in high school. I still have the jacket that go tons of compliments and got me into a lot of fights and of course got me that weed money work!

It used to say DISCO SUCKS across the top, but that was taken off due to way too many fights from it. Remember, this was in the 70's! The jacket is minus sleeves for now, but they can be sewn back on any time. AND it still fits me except for the boobs. Apparently my boobs have grown to ridiculous proportions since high school Giggle

I made this when I was 15. As you can tell, it's very well worn.

OMG I just found one on Ebay just like it. Sent the seller a request to measure it for me because all it says is size small. HOW small? The one you see there is 16" across and it's a bit tight now so a little room would be helpful Smile

Although Maverick was Wrangler's lower brand item, their jackets fit the best and obviously, wore the longest. I think I retired that jacket in '84 or '85 and wore it daily in high school from '74 - graduation in '78!

Do you have some pics so we can judge relative size of the previously mentioned boobs?

I just bought the jacket from Ebay. I have no photos from my childhood. NONE. Mom is hoarding them until she dies and I'm 99% sure they're ruined anyway because she has them in her fucking attic. So by the time she goes, I honestly won't give a shit about them. I don't care now really.

I can put on one then the other for you if it's so very important to see boob size and not compliment my work Tongue
