Just more honest is all. Practice projection much? Typical response that because I had the nerve to disagree with you means something is wrong with me is, well, typical. Its not about you being right or wrong, your failing to realize this is the internet, people are going to take what you have to say with a grain of salt. They will do that with 90+ percent of the people they will meet and interact with over the internet. Taking a video over what you have to say makes sense, just in this case the video was cut and snipped by media to stir the pot.Bottom line being right on something and expecting anything on the internet is foolish on your part. Just like I know what I am saying here will mean deer penis to you but I know you will read it and that's all I expect. Integrity doesn't stop at the key board. A person either has it or they don't. Take twilla for instance she has no integrity she never has, either in this forum or other forums in fact her entire involvement in this thread is a lie. RE: UC Davis Students Pepper Sprayed - Twitchin Kitten - 12-06-2011 Do I need to open a Boxing Ring so clashing personalities can duke it out? RE: UC Davis Students Pepper Sprayed - Biker Dude - 12-06-2011 I think this is something I can comfortably let slide now. No, I don't think that is necessary. I'm pretty sure everyone has gotten the right perspective on the subject even if it remains unspoken pride is a fucked up thing sometimes. Everyone except twilla that is, she would still like to make the thread about me, I wish her luck with that. You do realize that this should have been a rhetorical question, right? For the record......the fact that multiple "mainstream media" outlets parroted the story with convenient omissions that made the story look like something it wasn't (read that as left wing bias), simply puts another nail in the coffin which I have steadfastly stood on while trumpeting unabashed liberal media bias. My news sources rooted out the entire set of circumstances the day after the incident. I choose not to name those sources simply because there are those here who would roll their eyes despite the repeated accuracy of information from said sources. It's a damn shame that opinion/commentary hosts get the news right and "hard news" sources put such a twist on events. When it all gets boiled down, the police have a damned tough job. They are under the microscope at all times and regardless of decisions made either by individual officers or those higher up at any scene where there is confrontation, whether peaceful or not, public opinion generally leans toward the cops being too forceful. Without ALL the information, the cops looked bad. After all the information was known, the cops were actually quite tolerant and acted with due diligence. |
