Kim, this thing is massive! SO MUCH POWER! So many things I've yet to install too like my printer and scanner.
I'm trying to figure out how to get all my old email contacts into this address book and get my email sorted. I still have to find a name for it - I'm leaning toward Major Tom because Trudi called it a spaceship!
I found where I can change my desktop image and now i have a gorgeous snow leopard on my screen.
I still have to get all my pictures and stuff off the old computer. Matt went out to do some errands and when he gets home we're going to try to network the two computers.

The new stuff should have a powerful transfer software already in it, why don't you just use that?
put everything in and then selectively eliminate what you don't want anymore? or is that just too damn simple?

Because there are too many things that are not mac compatible on my computer and that kind of migration does not work. that's why :p
I'll be running Windows 7 side by side with Mac OSX Snow Leopard.
