Well, we'll never know if he lived or died from the wounds.
I'm not 100% sure on the cancellation of the show though. I can't find anything solid. Lemme know if you can.
If it runs again, I say he's alive and Indians pick him up and treat him like they took in Eva.
He gathers up the indians and raids the MoMo's to save Cullen.
Durant is drunk with power and Grant is pissed. Dunno what he's going to do though. They didn't show enough to give me any idea what kind of feelings he has toward Durant, but that shit at dinner did show his distaste for the man. Maybe Grant will send soldiers to find Cullen.

No, they showed Elam at the very end. He wasn't breathing. He was dead. You don't survive hand to hand with a Grizzly very often.
