As far as Great Adventure......looks like July 11th is gonna be a good date.
It's not that far up to 195 from my brother's place. I can just boogie up 295 from Deepwater and be there in around 70 minutes.

295 is a clusterfuck at most times and then it's longer. What side of the state is Deepwater on? I'll look it up. I know the least congested roads from this way - lol you know up north better.
OK .... take the Turnpike instead. It's a shorter route and you get off at exit 6a to 195 right into GA - or you make your way up to my house and we go in one car - we got a parking pass and a gimp tag and we park by the gate

Deepwater is exit 3 off of 295. I COULD run NJTP from there as it's right at the southern end toll booth but I really really hate toll roads. (It's a truck driver thing)
Hmmmmmm........Yeah I guess NJTP would be the most direct (fuckin' tolls). Actually I am quite familiar with NJ south of 195. Pop's place was in Brigantine, bro lives in Deepwater (it's between Pennsville and Salem) I did LOTZ of freight pickup and delivery around Vineland and my fave ocean fishing is off the AC/OC/Wildwood coast. PLUS i used to go to both Atco and Old Bridge Twp drag strips.
Barb and Maxine would also be coming along and we have the bigassed conversion van. I checked and they have an advance purchase ticket deal that knocks $23 off the price! With Barb helping out on that we can afford it. Also the parking fee is a few bucks off with an online advance pass.
Running to Tom's River would be roundabout so meeting at GA would be the best bet. I guess NJTP it is then. (Did I mention I simply hate tolls?) Then again I'm used to toll prices for 5 axle trucks. I suppose for a car/van it wouldn't be too awfully bad.
If we jet up early there shouldn't be too much of a hike from the parking lot.

If Barb has a handicap tag she can park in front.
We get free parking with our season passes.
Now, just let me know how many of our passes you need. We'd have to meet at the gate to pay for you there. They don't do advance purchasing on those things.

Barb and Max will be advance purchase tix. Patty and I would need the season pass holder special.
Unfortunately Barb doesn't have a parking permit so we'll have to park in a regular space.
