The crux is probably the Human rights Act 1998 ..It really has mixed reviews. Overall I think that many people view it as not spending resources on a criminal. If he stayed, we would have to spend money on his health care and imprisonment... I suppose that is the positive in him going!

Ahhh but no death penalty here... Actually something I am rather glad about! I do like the thought of chain gangs and hard labour!!!
