Regardless of how you classify it, NY State is making money from this and putting peoples' PI out there.
I'm sure some bright libertard said...."Well if we add any more taxes they'll have a shit fit BUT this isn't a tax!"
Yeah....ok....how about we just publish all the NYS DMV workers' names, addresses, phone numbers and SS numbers in the NY Times? Guess they shouldn't object to that! After all, they ARE public employees.
