I reported it to IC3.gov as a scam. The IP address in the email header traces to the British Virgin Islands.
Gave them all they needed to nail the guy. Fucking idiot is using the same scam for awhile according to the link I gave you where others complain. Feds can get an IP address from Craigslist if they want.
