Remind to never stand near any train you guys are walking in front of.
The guy deserved to be sued for stupidity let alone letting pieces of his body hit other people, that was just thoughtless and rude.

I got it!
I'm gonna file suit against some mid-western barley farmer!
My grounds? I got drunk and fell over and in the process I whacked my head off the urinal in the men's room of the bar I was in. To this end I must sue some farmer because he grew the grain which was sold at market and eventually purchased by a grain refining company who sold it to a distributor which then filled an order to the brewery which used it to make the beer which was purchased by a distributor who sold it to the bar I was at and then served to me by the bartender which caused me to become intoxicated and then fall in the men's room and be injured!
Oh yeah....I must remember to do this in Illinois.

I'm not sure what I would do if I got hit by a flying body part, never thought of it till now. If it was an arm or leg and it hit me I might just grab it and start beating the nearest person now.
