Maybe he was playing several folks at once. I may be quite tall, but a woman's height never stopped me from talking to her, etc. One girl I dated was 6'1". Nice, long legs - she could have been a Valkryie of Norse Myth. She was one of the better girls in general that I knew - no one else would approach her because they were often shorter than she was.
What a bunch of fucking losers. They missed out on a lot.

I have a friend from school, all her family are tall (her brother is 6ft 6") and she is 6ft.
She married an equally lovely man who was also 6ft, but spent 15 years in a wheel chair, he always joked about being short.
She was the one who on hearing our dreadful news about our daughter contacted all our friends while she was at work and came straight over that evening to do her part helping with the funeral arrangements.
Which in hind sight must have been hard for her to do having just lost her own husband. She couldn't have been crying over making a pot of tea in the kitchen just for us.

But what the hell. I never knew having manners was a bad things. I was taught to say please and thank you. Dress up if you are going out, look your best. Be nice to people and treat them how you would like to be treated. Living in the south I learned hug my friends.

The sex was amazing, and it was fun being around her for certain. We both liked shooting, laying around bullshitting, etc, etc. I genuinely liked being around her.
Circumstance and the Fates decided otherwise for us though. You can only be a bit wiser in the end and that is not a bad thing by any means. I hope folks come to understand and remember that.
Shitcan that guy or tell him to get his act together. Best advice I could grant you so far, though if he is being flaky now, then he is probably not the best for you.

Thanks guys for being here for me!!!!!! Im sure there will be someone that is somewhat normal out there for me. Just have to forget about it and it happen. Just sucks being alone all the time. ( feeling sorry for myself)

Sometimes being alone helps you see what a waste of time some things (people) are. Then something does come along just when you least expect it and life changes.
My school friend Deb's got married first time round just after her 50th birthday remember? She met Gordon over a Lego stall at the Car Boot she managed every week for charity. I might add she didn't like him at first, since he tried to pay for his stall with coffee and lunch. Took along time for her sisters to point out he was trying for a date.
It will happen.
