Today is cookie day. I've been up since 4 - baked and glazed a ham for the week (dinner tonight and Matt has lunch) and yesterday I went and got the ingredients for all the cookies.
I had to special order the pistachios. No one carries loose by the pound. That nice Turkish market is going to special order them for me. Pray they come in before the end of the week or some cookies may wind up at your door late! Especially those in the UK and Mexico!
I'm hoping to have around 400 cookies done by the end of today. Then I get to make 200 more when the pistachios come in!

Bitch old hag next door throws them away. This year I'm going to send her some nasty store bought cookies and I know she'll eat those. Good thing I got Dave there telling me what she tosses and what she doesn't. This shit is hard work for me and I have no problem if someone tastes them and just doesn't like them but to toss them away untried is an insult. That's what she does.
