I never got the sonabitch. I checked UPS tracking last week and it said it had been delivered to "MET CUST WOM" on 24 Feb. So I figured the leasing office had it and I just never saw the delivery notice. Nope. Trying to figure out who to report this god damn thing took me an hour online and I'm STILL not sure if I've got the right info. Christ, I've got a headache right now.

Wow, wanna bet someone in your building is using your Roku now?
You might want to make sure packages are only picked up by you in the office from now on with proof of ID!
People steal packages here off the stoop all the time. Pisses me off.

I'm trying to picture this... it sounds like the UPS driver just handed it over to some woman. The front office called another Mary Smith that lives in the complex thinking they might've delivered to her even though she's in a completely different area than me and of course she said no. But first she asked when. When?!? Wouldn't you fucking know if you got someone else's god damn delivery, you stupid bitch!?!

I got it from amazon.com... I reported it to them too. I'd track down the UPS driver if I saw the truck. "Hey you, asshole! Where's my fucking package!?!"
Naw, I wouldn't say that. I'd be thinking it though.

Wow, I just got an email from customer service at amazon.com and they offered me either a refund or reshipment. I'd love to track down who got my package, but I'm sure it's used merchandise by now.

I asked them to deliver it to the leasing office.
I've been here going on 11 years and I've NEVER had a problem... and I order a ton of stuff. I hope that stolen roku explodes and burns their facial hair off.

I'm really impressed with amazon.com... they're sending a replacement order with one day delivery for no charge. Customer Service said they can't mark it as I suggested for delivery to the leasing office, but hopefully it'll at least require a signature. So in the meantime, I hope UPS tracks down the driver and at LEAST makes sure they don't arbitrarily hand over packages to people they don't belong to.
