0 What fucked up little degenerates! These kids are going to grow up murders and batterers - what could be punishment for a 7 and 10 year old violent offender there? I mean here they would indeed go on trial and if the crime is murder, they CAN wind up being charged as an adult if the crime is heinous enough.
Some states have laws where the parents will take the punishment for their kids actions. I think parents AND these little degenerates should not be allowed in public for a very long time. Lobotomies and shock treatment should be part of their 'rehabilitation'. What kind of neighborhood is Halifax? West Yorkshire? Why was the little girl out unsupervised with her bad eyesight and AGE? 0 I tell you babes.... Prosecuting and dragging the 'parents' ( I use the term lightly!) would be an easy job! Sad to say I may well finish up defending many of these! It is something I personally am still struggling with!

REGARDLESS of the consequenses of the actions I'm about to suggest, they shoild be followed because the end does sometimes justify the means.
