0 excessive drugs and alcohol...he's been riding the AA wagon for some time now.

0 He was a 'professional' boxer for a short time there and got that pretty face bashed up. So on top of the drugs and alcohol use, he had some pretty horrible plastic surgery which obviously didn't correct the damage his face suffered from his time in the ring.
