I got a nice insulated flannel shirt with attached hood, a Stephen King novel, some grill tools, a set of 4 red solo cup shot glasses (I've been wanting those but just never bought them for myself), the obligatory pack of underwear (yes I actually WANT them) and the coolest one.........

Gunner's birthday was also Christmas day so the puppy turned 1 and my present was sorta his B-day present as well.

He likes them.  What a goon!

I got the usual hockey tickets and this year I'm going to write the Flyers and give them a piece of my mind. They raised the price of those club box seats by $100 and lessened what they give you in that "santa sack" they offer. Used to be they gave you some good swag in there and now I get a $15 GC to anything sold by Xfinity (no xfinity near me and can't spend it on goods at the stadium nor do I care to buy anything xfintiy), vouchers for 2 hot dogs and a paper bag with the Flyers emblem on it and a signed puck by a random player.

What you used to get:

Tix to see the Phantoms.
Quality duffle bag or laptop bag.
Watch. Yes a NICE watch.

Matt got case for his upright and then minimum items like some shirts and cash. I'm waiting for some really cool pen, LifeScribe. You can scan across text with it and then transfer that text to a digital format. That will come in handy transferring recipes to the cooking site I have.

Mom spends way too much. Every year she says let's not spend so much money, I'm broke and she spends like $500 each on us.
Puck.
Meal voucher in one of the nicer restaurants up on the club level.

Going to the city to spend that cash on tattoos today.

I gotta tell you that a tattoo on the top of the wrist where it bends most is very painful and takes a long time to heal. the knuckles not so much. I'm all flaking like a snake now. I'll post pics again when the redness leaves the wrist. It's still swollen too. It's a very tender area.
