The 2016 flood of musician deaths continues. At least we haven't had any more BIG icons buy the farm lately. 0 Accidental OD my ass. I understand having the health issues and all that shit, but how, if you're not abusing the medication, do you take enough pills to kill yourself (which would be stopping your heart) by mistake?
