Had some people ask if we're going to do the game again this year.

I didn't bother because of the incredibly poor turnout last season. I'm happy to run it again but you guys gotta make an effort to show.

I think it was mostly LK and Matt that was consistent.

Lemme know if you want to skip or do something different.
Make suggestions for "something different".

If I say I'm gonna be here all the time then I get lazy you will think I'm a dick.

How about some kind of a running game. You know, like you got 24 hours to chime in. I know it wouldn't work for a trivia kinda thing, too much googling and all, and would take away the live aspect. What kind of a game? Hell, I dunno.

I'm not looking for a solid promise, just try a little harder to make the game. And I will accept a solid promise that you check your email reminders for the game!

It's just that I arrange my day to be here and last year was pretty bad. It's not a big deal if you all want to skip and do it again next fall. Just let me know.

Any kind of running game leaves too much room for cheating via google. That's why the live game was so much fun.

We can do BINGO if you want. I have a way for you all to download cards.

Bingo, although fun, is a game of random chance. Personally I prefer games that require a mental challenge.

That's not to say I wouldn't play bingo if that's what everyone wants.

What about using Trivial Persuit question cards and rotate the categories via say the roll of a die?

We did exactly that minus the dice roll and everyone hated Trivia.
I have enough cards for another round of fact or crap. The problem is getting those who want to play in here. Last year is was 99% only you and Matt and that's not much of a game with only two.

And where the hell is Mark in all this? He's the one who wants to play.
