LOL we call them buzz boxes or fart mobiles because of the sound they make going past. BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzZZZZZZ

So Ford keeps spamming me to come in and buy a fucking Focus! Rofl seriously? I just spent $40K on a car and you want me to downgrade to one of those?

If I had a family and had to be sensible I wouldn't even consider one of those. They are awful to drive. The "ergonomics" of the control panel on the dash for heat, radio etc stink and I simply will feel like a dork no matter how you slice it. It's just not for me.

Would be salient if someone had claimed it was a muscle car. This is why it is good that America is still a semi-free country. 9 hp/lb? Fuck yeah, I'd drive it.

I already have my Mustang, so I won't be buying another.

Nice ride. Good to have a security system too, but you have a garage for it don't you?

Very nice pony Biker! I like the old ones very much.

Sadly I do not have a garage. I do have a cover for it and when it's clean and no sand on it, I keep it covered. I will especially in the summer too since the sun fades paint swiftly.

yes, 289. It doesn't get taken out much anymore, it's kind of a shame. Between the bike, and the truck...

Paint these days is so much better than the lacquers of the old days. I'd get the windows tinted. Did that on my current truck before I even picked it up from the broker. I would be worried about people more than the environment.

So, I'm STILL having trouble with the stripes. Today I talked with my mechanic and he verified they are indeed put on wrong. He gave me the name of a guy that does custom paint and when Matt is home early enough, we're going to stop in there, as he knows the guy as well, and have a talk with him about getting it done right, PAINTED on.

I may have Ford pull the stripes off until I can afford to paint them.

May be until tax refund time next January until I can paint them, but we're going to do the white stripes in a pearl instead of plain white. It'll look awesome.

Right now Have a look at the images below and see how truly fucked up the stripes are. First one is how it looks from above from my security cams in the driveway. The close ups tell the story.

These are from nose to tail in order. As you can see they are NOT correct. Fuckers.
