Don't know where to put this, but TK are you sure you want to move to Florida? Shock
There are houses in Derbyshire built over coal mines. Not only you cannot get insurance for them no one want to live in them (except the miners families)

I'm not worried either.
They happen a lot in Florida because of the amount of water pumped out of the ground and they open up a cavern, then the ground sinks.
