No, I'm going to look normal. I wear Keds Royals now. Looks similar to those. But, with the PF Flyers I'll be able to run faster and jump higher Tongue

Aren't Converse shoe's the same type of shoe? I used to wear those when I was a kid, but when I got older I started to get pain on my instep and inner sides of my knees. My doctor told me to stop wearing them because they create a flat foot because there is minimal support for the instep. I changed shoes and everything went away, I liked them while I had them though.

Yeah, they are kinda like converse. I wear anything I can get for less than $20.

They make supported insteps now.
We used to by the Keds for like $8 when we were kids.
Cons have pointy toes. Can't stand a sneaker with pointy toes.

I'll let you know how the support is inside when they get here.

Yeah, but you forget, along with my $10 sneakers comes that limp that make me look like a bad ass.

I spent my elementary school years in PF Flyers high tops for gym and all summer. (Wasn't allowed to wear sneakers in all the other classes)

The when 7th grade came around I went over to Converse. Everyone else wore the All Stars (now they are the Chuck Taylors) but I went with Converse Coaches. (Coaches had a better sole and didn't wear out as fast)

Remember this one?
