So for about two weeks the local news has been going on and on about this feud between Newark and the Devils. Devils owner is the cousin of one of our good customers.
See what I mean about the level of douche-baggery when it comes to NJ? Someone's always scamming someone.

That's the story as short and accurately as I can find on the 'net. Last game that was played, there were hardly any cops and no streets were closed for the games.
Out this way, they usually close a few surrounding streets to the arenas to ensure smooth traffic flow and extra cops for security to the game goers. Philly does this too as both of these arenas are in the city. Devil's arena used to be in the Meadowlands complex where you didn't need to worry about that stuff.
Mayor Booker is usually a very soft spoken guy who doesn't really get into it verbally and openly like this.
