0 Ah the bitch was they had the warranty and were doing repair work. They had someone under techno hostage because of a dumb parents purchase. Comp broke ...sent it for repairs and comp ends up missing in fed ex's screwed up shipping. HP had to coufh up free better new comp. Thank God they did.
