A resolution to avoid an evil is seldom framed till the evil is so far advanced as to make avoidance impossible.

I've just looked at the list for The Hot 100. Is it ok to do that, I like to know what you got to listen to. Mark arrived home from Bermuda in the '70's and didn't have clue what we were listening to on the radio. We have a problem sometimes with stuff I listen to sometimes
*'what crap is this now? Marc Bolan? Must you?' (love White Swan)

I see Rod Stewart 'Do you think I'm sexy' was late '79
Then there is the local band (they started their career in Bournemouth, I've been told)

The Troggs, Wild Thing

The Stones! there is loads of the Rolling Stones BiggrinBiggrinBiggrinBiggrin

Brown Sugar
I can't get no Satisfaction (either of them).

Jackson Browne is a Bloke? I never knew that.

And here is one of my all time favorites, done by a little group from Scotland: Nazareth.

Sorry LK - right genre and years but I can't stand those songs. I have them already though! I think it's from that British Invasion jukebox we did here years ago.

Yeah, I'm bored.

Yep, got lots of Kinks - Apeman is another fun one.
Got 'em already Smile

Yay! Got this one too - love it!

Sorry, not a fan of this song. Actually got sick of it when they used to play it like every 3 or 5 songs on the AM radio back when it first came out. But I have it Smile Good choice though.

You know I have that one and I have 1910 Fruitgum Company's Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!

Tons of stones too. That's a whole separate playlist I'm thinking. So many songs!

Havoc, love the Jackson Browne song but it's too "old" - that may / will go on my '70's playlist. I should start a thread. There are rules on that like NO DISCO. Angel

John, how could you not know Jackson Browne was a guy? God I hope you meant that you didn't know the BAND was named the same as the man and not thinking he was a woman.

And yes, you will be kept on your toes around here. Careful, Havoc demands payment when you owe him. Biggrin
