Nope. Sadly it's a Schwinn bought from Kmart last year. It looks exactly alike in the photo though, same colors and size!. But then, the photo is small and lacking up close detail.

0 We call them a camel back, but no respectable road rider would be caught with one of those things on them. Mountain bikes are OK, but not road.

0 I'll be getting one of those things if I start doing long trails. I had one for horseback competition but it got "forgotten" to be returned to me 10 years ago. It's a valuable hunk of equipment.

0 I kinda need one for one or two rides that I would like to complete where there just isn't enough water and I can't carry enough. But I'm so cheap, I duct tape a bladder out of a box of wine to the back of my sweatshirt and just run a hose.

0 Jesus, spend $20 and find one out of an Army/Navy store or an Equine supply house that specializes in Endurance and Competitive Trail riding or Bass Pro Shops has them cheap enough.
Just tried a quick search for equine supplies and got nowhere but Bass Pro has some. http://www.basspro.com/Badlands-Water-Bl...1/-1723680 ![]()

0 Wow!!!
I've seen knock offs in wal-mart for about $20. Actually though, I never thought of it till I typed that last post. I'm gonna save the bag out of a box of wine and see how well it tapes to an old sweatshirt, when it's out of water I can just toss it in the bushes and some park volunteer with nothing to do can pick it up later. ![]()

0 Well for me it's going to be all about balance too. My back remember, is bolted together and I must have balance or I will not be riding for two weeks and I'll be all doped up on pain meds.
Oh and I talked to the bike shop today about the seat and they think they can get me one that scooches back a couple more inches too. ![]() |
