 (The lochs of Scotland house many submarines, I read about them all the time. You guys have the [currently, but soon to change] best diesel submarine in operation.) But, no, it isn't in the UK. Here is my best go..... Sevmash Shipyard. Russia. Submarine is Borey class....Looked it up and think it is named Yury Dolgoruky. 0 I think Jilly got the port right but the sub wrong.

0 Shipyard incorrect, the sub IS a typhoon however. And shipyard is close. It starts with the same letter. I actually ALMOST went with Sevmash hehehe.
