I bought 3 new cat beds the other day. Sofie, Chucky and Iggy fell in love with them so three more are on my list. Hopefully PetSmart gets more in by the end of the week, they're a hit in this house.

Chucky claimed the green bed. The two things have occupied them. Thing2 is in his bed. Thing one is washing herself.

He's been staring at her for almost half an hour now, including me taking the pic and me posting this. He's determined to get his bed back and she's oblivious to the holes burning in her back from his stare.

Poor old Chucky.

He hasn't thought to sqeeeeze in behind then, like my mothers cats used to do to each other. Neither would give in and the scowls and silent ignoring of each other was brilliant to watch!

Oh Tuxedo J. Pussycat and Scruffy are both a couple of hardasses, but I have caught them all in a big old kitty pile in the basement with Patch. They seperated quickly and started to talk about football when I caught them.

He lost the battle. A few minutes after I posted this he capitulated and plunked down between the two beds. He's in his spot now though and he won't get out of there unless he has to use the litter box or it's time for breakfast.

He wouldn't dare jump Thing 2 - she's one tough kitty
