Chocolate every weekend and once in a while a brandy with my coffee.
Sometimes I don't go straight home after visiting my mum and I go up to 'the tree' and sit on Jean's bench (thanks to her family for putting it by Christine's tree) and look at the view, and meditate for a bit.
