Holy Moley! Going to that George Clinton concert in the city last month paid off! I just got a list of free tickets for five different shows I am eligible for.

Just waiting for Matt to come home and see if we want to go. I'm leaning toward them all except the Radiohead tribute show.
The Groove Buffet is kind of hard too since it's on a Monday night and getting home at 4AM would make it hard for Matt to go to work on Tuesday unless he took off.

Well that's a waste of time. We tried to get tix and they all went fast. We REALLY wanted the British Invasion above all and the ONLY one left was the 50's thing.

Apparently waiting two hours after you get the notice is not good enough. You gotta be FAST to get these deals! Next time I do not wait!

Well, the freebies were all gone but I managed 2 @ $6 each and the cost of fees and what not, came to $27 total. Parking in the garage probably will cost more!

So, we got the tickets for the show toinght - The Blue Meanies and guess what?

They find a car bomb in Times Square. That's right. On the same block as BB Kings too. Good thing tickets were cheap because I don't know if things will be back to normal by showtime. And we're driving in, so that means every vehicle will be inspected going through tunnels and over bridges.
