 Don't talk to me about Scrabble! Nearly ended our marriage three days into our Honeymoon because 'someone' wanted to play Scrabble. I threw the board in the fire (then had to go and buy a replacement for my father-in-law, we were at his holiday cottage). 0 I love Scrabble!
Do you know they "dumbed down" the UK version? Yes the next edition is going to have rule changes to allow Proper names, celebrity names and allow you to place words not connected to any other words. 0 I don't play Monopoly. My ex had a very suspicious ability of always rolling sixes. I also stopped playing backgammon with him.

We are a great lot aren't we?  I have no idea how to play Backgammon although we have a 'posh' leather bound box my father-in-law gave us to put in the camper. I have a set of cards in there instead it takes up less room. Cluedo is ok to play. A chance to kill someone
