the part you missed is I'am upper management I see this stuff everyday, just because I chose to not completely believe a one sided story means what?
That I may have a small question about why management would let this guy do what he did and then give him an award for it? I mean supposing your version of the story is accurate he is lazy, a time waster, absent on a continual basis, leaves work early disappears on a regular basis etc etc.
do you think your upper management is stupid? blind? easily fooled?
