Some observations and deductions:
That's a Brownburst Fender Stratocaster guitar that looks brand new.
Those are very new $100 bills.
The guitar case is NOT a stock Fender case but rather a new type hard injection molded case.
The case shows no evidence of use (plush liner has no impressions that can be seen).
Conclusion: This is a photo taken to promote a contest prize or giveaway of the new Strat, premium case and cash. Likely an online music vendor or perhaps even the Fender factory.
I don't recognize it as being from MusiciansFriend, American Musical Supply or Sam Ash. Sweetwater always watermarks their contest photos. That leaves only a quarter gazillion more vendors to search.
