Ugh, fans. I have ceiling fans but it was just so hot but low humidity. What happens this time of year is that it's really cool overnight and I turn off the air. During the day it gets so hot I need to turn the air on until around 9 PM and then open windows again or it's going to be roasting in here overnight even with windows open. It's weird.
I got the AC fixed after two trips to the supply house. Got that spray gunk to clean the coils again. Why 2 trips? Because like an idiot I trusted the dope who works there to get me the right stuff. $75 for 4 cans of crap to clean the PAINTED bits to make it nice and shiny. I don't give a shit about shiny. I want cold air coming out of there. Got the right stuff for $30 cheaper. Thing is, I told him exactly what I needed it for.
