On Saturday I've been invited out with the Black Sheep Bikers to follow a charity run for the school where my husband cooks for the residential kids. It made me smile since they are such a scary lot on their 125cc!!!
No1 son is more their age group but has nothing to do with them because they are nutters and possibly are set to end their biking careers in a mess and he doesn't intend to go there again.

I'm going to 3 hours of YinYoga instead. Adrenaline not needed but I hope to be totally stress free but still on a high Smile
